Drawback Outdoors Return Policy 

 
Thank you for your purchase with Drawback Outdoors! We hope you are happy with your items. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) for store credit or exchange only. If the new item costs less than the original, you will be issued the difference as store credit. If the new item costs more than the original, you will be responsible for paying the difference. As a small business I DO NOT offer 100% full refunds unless the item is damaged (shipping charges do not apply). Exchanging for a different size or item will require a reship fee, located on my website. All returned items must be in new and unused condition. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
 

To Be Eligible For Return:

  • All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of being received. No exceptions.
  • Returned item(s) must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Returned item(s) must be returned in the same condition they were received.
  • Returned item(s) will not be accepted if there are stains, rips or any signs of damage. This item(s) will be returned to you.
